There are plenty of websites that take donations available. Our goal isn't to compete for donations but rather provide a long term, sustainable and dignified method for Gazans to earn a living. Maybe think of how you can enrich your life by meeting someone from Gaza and have them help you in something. Perhaps teaching Arabic to your children. Or helping you recite the Quran. Or venting to a therapist who's experienced the many tragedies of living in Gaza.

No. While it might seem convenient at first, the situation in Gaza has been made impossible with the financial restrictions and suffocation imposed by the occupying and besieging forces. Additionally every middle-man involved, means less money to the employee. Instead this provides each Gazan with their preferred payment method and as direct of a connection as we can get.

We try our best to make sure each applicant actually resides in Gaza. By having people with boots on the ground and by having actual Gazans do the recruitment in person inside Gaza.

That is completely up to you (The employer), them (the employee), the skills you are employing and the time involved. We hope you can provide a fair wage for an honest job well done.

Typically it's a combination of options but that is best suited by asking the employee directly. Some of them have access to PayPal accounts and others through phone services.

While that decision is between the employer and the employee, we urge you to provide payment as soon as the job is done. If you trust the process to do it earlier or pre-pay, perhaps after having a few projects or tasks done, even better. Additionally perhaps you can agree on 50% when starting and 50% upon finishing for larger jobs that require commitment. Ultimately you are in control of that. That being said, the sooner you get them paid, the better. As the hardships they are sustaining are already challenging as it is.
